Some jars are more difficult to mix than others. However, you can quickly MASTER the art of mixing nut butters using our patented hook by following a few simple instructions. With practice, you’ll be whipping up your nut butters in no time at all.
- Lock in the Peanut Butler ® hook in your hand mixer. Left or right receptacle ok.
- Hold on tight to your jar.
- Mix it gradually from top to bottom ⅓ at a time.
- Maintain a low speed until all oil and butter are combined.
- Run the hook around the edges of the jar. Then increase the speed of the mixer for a final blend.
- Refrigerate immediately after mixing to ensure that it stays blended. No need to remix your jar until your next purchase.
Tips & Tricks For Extremely Settled Jars of Nut Butter:
No worries if your nut butter has solidified and settled to the bottom. As we know, some jars settle differently, and in rare cases, extra measures need to be taken.
- Stab a knife into the bottom 10-15 times. This will give the oil space to reincorporate.
- Flip the jar over for a few hours or overnight; allowing the nuts to loosen up.
- Follow regular Peanut Butler ® mix-in instructions and whip the nut butter up nicely.
After the mixing process, it is best to refrigerate the jar of nut butter for maintaining perfect consistency.
When the whole jar is evenly mixed, the freshly whipped nut butter will taste better. Works for all nut butters: like Almond Butter, Cashew Butter, and Hazelnut Butter.
Refrigerate right after mixing and it’ll stay perfect right to the bottom of your jar.
